Tonight’s boys basketball JV game will begin at 5:55pm, followed by the Varsity game at 7:15pm!

The JV Class “B” Wrestling Championships scheduled in Carrington on Saturday, January 18 has been CANCELLED.

Reminder to Junior High Boys Basketball Players, practice begins in 3 days. Practice will begin Monday, January 6th after school at the Memorial Hall! Remember participation fees and physicals need to be handed into office before 1st day of practice!


Tonight’s Varsity Boys Basketball game @ Glenburn will be broadcasted live on 106.9 K-Heart/1320 KHRT. 7:15pm is the approximate start time of the varsity game. JV will play at 5:45 pm but will not be broadcasted.


Bowbells Community Theatre will be performing at the KHS Auditorium on Saturday, January 11th with doors opening at 6:30 PM and a start time of 7:00 PM. Tickets will be for sale at the door for $10.

With a hectic week before Winter Break our 5th and 3rd graders are still working! The 5th grade class joined the 3rd grade class to do a little Science Weekly online!





HOLIDAY FUN: A sixth grade reading group performed the reader's theater titled "The Year Santa Got Things Mixed Up."

Today’s JH Girls Basketball game vs Glenburn will be played at the Kenmare High School with 1 game starting at 4pm!

Our Kenmare School Geography Bee winner is 8th grader Austin Porter! 2nd place was won by Marley Lotvedt, 5th grade.
Congratulations to these winners and all of our participants! Austin will be taking an online test to determine his eligibility for the State Geography Bee to be held in Bismarck this spring.


Talk about a good day to warm up with a good book. Fifth grade engagement at its finest. (Mrs. Houck wasn’t even in the room.) Great job 5th grade!
