📚Kenmare Library Book Fair📚 📆March 8-17 🧑‍🏫Open night of Parent Teacher Conferences 🤑This book fair is a fundraiser for the library!

The 7th grade art students have been looking back into history to research helmets and masks from the past from all different cultures. They researched a specific helmet/mask that caught their interest, created a Museum Identification Card, and used cardboard to recreate the helmet/mask to be life sized and customized to fit them! We have everything from Egyptian Masks to Roman War Helmets to Vientiane Masquerade Masks to Native American Headdresses and more. They will all be on display in the commons during Parent/Teacher Conferences. -Miss Halverson

Kenmare Spring Sports Important Dates and Info: ALL students need to submit their sports physicals to Mr. Keysor or the HS office before they can participate along with athletic fees. 5th & 6th grade girls and boys basketball will begin Monday, March 15th. Each student in 5th & 6th grade should have received an information letter in regards to practice schedule and coaches information. 7-12 grade track & field for boys and girls will begin Monday, March 15th right after school. 7-12 softball will begin Monday, March 22nd @ Mohall (Practice schedule and times will be given out to students next week) 7-12 baseball will begin Monday, March 22nd @ Kenmare (practice schedule and times will be given out to students next week). 7-12 boys and girls golf will begin Monday, March 29th (Coaches will be contacting those students who signed up next week). Preorder your 2021 State B Girls Basketball Tournament apparel by Tuesday March 2nd at 11:59 pm. Mr Keysor will pick up all the orders on Thursday and disperse them before the Honkers game at 2:30pm. The order is open to teams and fans. Payment is made directly on the website. The orders are sorted by school and are packaged with a receipt with who the order was placed by. Coaches Choice will bring the shirts to Minot on Thursday to be picked up by the schools. Girls Basketball Tickets Update: We are down to our final 60 reserved tickets left for the Kenmare Honkers games at the 2021 Girls State B Basketball Tournament at Minot Stste University. Please stop in the school today to purchase your tickets or email kkeysor1@mykps.us

State B Girls Basketball Ticket Information: Parents of the players will be able to pay for and pick up their reserved tickets tomorrow Monday March 1st from 8:10-9:10 AM in the KPS Board Room with Mr. Keysor. Tickets ar $48/person and please have checks written out to KHS. All other Honker fans can pickup and pay for their reserved tickets from 9:30am-10:45am in the KPS Board Room. These tickets are $48/person and guarantee you to sit in the Honker fan section. We have 140 tickets available to purchase, and all purchases will be done in person at a first come basis. Reminder school will be dismised at 12pm on Thursday, as the Honkers will play at 2:30pm at th MSU Dome in Minot.
