KPS will hold a hat fundraiser on Friday, February 28th to raise money to support the families in Stanley that lost their homes and belongings in a fire this weekend.
The Kenmare speech team hit the road on Saturday, February 22nd to compete at the Nedrose Invitational Tournament in Minot. Twenty-four schools participated, and we had a great group of thirteen students representing our school. The placing results are as follows along with those who pre-qualified for state speech.

NewTown High School will be hosting our next competition on Saturday, March 1st. We are about halfway through our regular season with Regionals being held on Saturday, April 12th in Stanley. The team has been doing well and we look forward to the upcoming tournaments.

The Kenmare Student Council will be hosting a Pep Rally on Tuesday, February 18th @ 2:30 PM. We will celebrate our Kenmare-Bowbells Honker athletes from the following sports: Girls & Boys Basketball, Girls & Boys Wrestling, eSports, and Speech.
The Pep Rally is open to the public. Come out and show your support as these teams enter post season play.
📢🚨 We will be doing a run through/send off for the Wrestling Team on Wednesday morning at 8:30. This will be open to the public if you would like to come and rally the wrestlers on before they leave. There will not be an escort out of town due to the extreme cold temperatures.🚨📢
