The staff at Kenmare Public School would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas 🎄 and a Happy New Year 🥳
We hope this year's season fills you up with the things that mean the most to you and energizes you for a happy and healthy New Year!

Mrs. Mibeck's applied science class has been learning about many different science concepts as they related to cooking. Their skills were put to the test today in a "Chopped" challenge. Dawson Redding, Caleb Knutson, and Ryan Schoemer each received an egg, bread crumbs, and chicken thighs. They had to use all three ingredients to prepare a meal in 35 minutes. They were allowed to use any additional ingredients, but had to use all three "required" ingredients, just as the participants do in the TV show "Chopped". The judges for the contest agreed that all three participants made delicious chicken, but the sides on Ryan's dish pushed him over the edge to claim the championship.
Caleb's dish "Chicken and Eggs"
Dawson's Dish "Chicken Zest"
Ryan's Dish "The Crunch"

📣 The 9th Annual Kenmare Alumni Reunion for Classes of 2018-2023 📣
You are invited to the high school library on Wednesday, Dec. 20 at 11:35 a.m. to share some life experiences (work, college, military, etc.) and give advice to the juniors and seniors.

Thank you for your continued support for our Hudl program so that we can continue streaming events on YouTube.
Sincerely,
KPS Admin

Dear KPS Honkers,
Legislators are looking for information from us. Please respond to this survey so that I can share your feelings on our ability to learn virtually rather than making up snow days.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Hennix
