On Wednesday, September 21, Mrs. Mibeck and her Envirothon teams competed in the Mouse River Loop competition.
👏 Congratulations to team Row Gangstas for placing 2nd in the speaking round, 6th in the trail test, and 4th overall. Team members consisted of Tagen Thornton, Lilibeth Santizo, Diontrea Anderson, Madelyn Pugh, and Destinee Anderson.
👏Team Klice-errific placed 6th in speaking and 8th overall. Team members were Kiersten Quinata, Roxy Quigley, Landan Spear, and Brooke Zimmer.
👏Team Fire-Breathing Pandas placed 13th and had members Justin Burud, Jacob Livingston, McKenzie Lotvedt, and Lexi Holter.

Briggs is on the road to recovery after fracturing his pelvic during a Homecoming parade float accident. He will be with a walker (toe-touch only) for 4 weeks and follow up appointments with orthopedic, pediatrician & cardio vascular doctors.

The 7th grade class has been reading “The Monsters on Maple Street,” and now one section of the class decided to put on the play. We had a speaker over Zoom: Alan was in Furious 7, Cobra Kai, Stranger Things, and Lady and the Tramp. The kids thought it was amazing.
