💻PERSONAL LEARNING DEVICE GUIDELINES💻
Just a reminder that students need to sign a contract and follow these attached guidelines in order to use their school-issued Chromebook! Here are some highlights:
▪️Student devices must come charged every day
▪️Student devices/emails must only be used for school purposes
▪️Screen repair is $30 (cost of the new screen)
▪️Loss of charger is $20 (cost of a new charger)
▪️Repairable damage is $20
▪️Damage beyond repair is the full cost of the machine
▪️School issued labels and cases must stay on at all times

Registration will be held at the high school on Thursday, August 13th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm ONLY for new students or students who need to make changes to their schedules.
For KPS students grades 7-12, if you check your PowerSchool, what is listed for courses is the best Mrs. Heidel and Ms. Hanson could do based on pre-registration requests and known graduation requirements. We are uploading a copy of the Master Schedule for you if you need to make changes to your schedule. Again if you are a new student to the district or have any change requests to your current schedule, please come in on the 13th.
For families wanting to pay lunch fees and/or activity fees, Candace will be available from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Mondays through Thursdays. Remember that you can also pay for lunch online. The link and directions are on the KPS website.

Calling all Cross-Country Students:
Cross country practice begins Monday, August 10th at 7 am. The bus will leave the back of the high school for Burke Central. Bring your light running shoes, layers of clothes you can remove as you warm up and your OWN water bottle. Also remember all new sports physicals or “Form B” need to be turned in by the 1st day of practice!
