Due to some scheduling conflicts here is the practice plan for JH girls basketball this week: 🏀JH Girls Basketball Practice Schedule 🏀 Monday: 3:45-5:30pm @ Bowbells Tuesday: No Practice Wednesday: No Practice Thursday: 3:45-5:30pm @ KHS Friday: 3:45-5:30pm @ Bowbells Saturday: 9-11am @ Kenmare For practices in Bowbells, Coach Feldman will be providing transportation.

🦃 Thankfulness in Action – Honkers Helping Honkers 🦃

This November, our Honkers for Humanity students are putting thankfulness into action to help provide Thanksgiving meals for families in our community. 💛

We’re collecting non-perishable food items to fill complete Thanksgiving baskets — things like stuffing mix, canned vegetables, gravy, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and dessert mixes, or gift cards for perishable items. 🥧

If you’d like to join us, donations can be dropped off at Kenmare Public School through November 21st. Every can, box, and kind note makes a difference.

Let’s show what it means to be a Honker family — helping one another, giving back, and spreading hope this holiday season. ❤️

Specific Examples of Donation Items:

Miss Overton's 8th Grade Science class built gravity powered roller coasters using paper, tape, and a marble. They conducted trials to find acceleration, velocity, momentum, potential energy, and kinetic energy.

Miss Overton's 7th Grade Science class explored the movement of plate boundaries using graham crackers, frosting, wax paper, and water. They were able to identify which boundary occured and why.
