🇩🇰 Norsk Høstfest Field Trip 🇳🇴 Last week, our Third and Fourth grade classes attended the Norsk Høstfest and had a great time learning about the Scandinavian culture.

🍃🐞KENMARE ENVIROTHON 🍁🪶 On Wednesday, September 21, Mrs. Mibeck and her Envirothon teams competed in the Mouse River Loop competition. 👏 Congratulations to team Row Gangstas for placing 2nd in the speaking round, 6th in the trail test, and 4th overall. Team members consisted of Tagen Thornton, Lilibeth Santizo, Diontrea Anderson, Madelyn Pugh, and Destinee Anderson. 👏Team Klice-errific placed 6th in speaking and 8th overall. Team members were Kiersten Quinata, Roxy Quigley, Landan Spear, and Brooke Zimmer. 👏Team Fire-Breathing Pandas placed 13th and had members Justin Burud, Jacob Livingston, McKenzie Lotvedt, and Lexi Holter. Great job, everyone!!

🧢 HATS FOR BRIGGS 🧢 🗓 Friday, September 30 💰 1.00 Briggs is on the road to recovery after fracturing his pelvic during a Homecoming parade float accident. He will be with a walker (toe-touch only) for 4 weeks and follow up appointments with orthopedic, pediatrician & cardio vascular doctors. Please wear your hat to school on Friday to help support Briggs’s road to recovery.

🏐C SQUAD VB TOURNAMENT🏐 On Saturday, Kenmare hosted a C Squad Tournament, placing 2nd! 🏐Pool Play: Kenmare beats Powers Lake, Divide County, and L&C Berthold. The girls split with Surrey but gained the win with points. 🏐Bracket Play: Kenmare beats Divide County Kenmare beats L&C Berthold advancing them to the Championship! 💪🥈After 2 hard fought sets against ORCS, (21-25 & 23-25) Kenmare takes 2nd place! 👏Great job, ladies and coaches!!
